Again, one way to use this this is, - if sitting at your computer , check your volume is minimal to start with!, hit play, and after about 20 seconds adjust the level so as you can just hear the audio. Then get on with working on your computer or just let it play while you relax. Work at it, be persistent and remember to always use a wired connection for earpieces, and keep your body at least 6 feet away from electronic gear and power points! This may work for as a Tinnitus frequency distraction also? cheers :)
