By no means does Greg classify himself as an Audio or Sound Therapist, however he has worked as a Concert Audio Engineer since 1978. Having lived with P.T.S.D., and Tinnitus for quite some time now he is most certainly, implementing the use of Audio Therapy in life, and hopes that you find something beneficial also through investigating Audio Therapies!.

For more information on Sound Therapy from some well established experts in the field, please visit Sound Therapy International at the following link, cheers. - http://www.soundtherapy.com.au/brain-optimization-with-sound-therapy/

One way to use this this is, - if using while sitting at your computer, check your volume is minimal to start with!, hit play, and after about 20 seconds adjust the level so as you can just hear the audio. Then get on with working on your computer or just let it play while you relax. Work at it, be persistent and remember to always use a wired connection for earpieces, and keep your body at least 6 feet away from electronic gear and power points! This may work as a Tinnitus frequency distraction also? cheers :)
