Audio Therapy 2

Here is a very interesting article related to Audio Therapy and how it works for us in a positive manner relative to stress, anxiety and possibly tinnitus also (?) as I have written on before! Sounds and Tinnitus

Trialing the use of different audio sounds for some time now, to try and enjoy a distraction from my own Tinnitus frequencies, and by listening to everything from classical music, to bird and rain sound effects and sometimes Turkish Belly-Dancing music

This is usefull, as a distraction from the constant barrage of 13kz going on with myself most of the time. Find a quiet place and play this type of audio at a volume comparable to what you are perceiving with your tinnitu...
