By no means does Greg classify himself as an Audio or Sound Therapist, however he has worked as a Concert Audio Engineer since 1978. Having lived with P.T.S.D., and Tinnitus for quite some time now he is most certainly, implementing his own tips within life, and hopes that you find these little tips below beneficial also. For more information on Sound Therapy from some well established experts in the field, please visit Sound Therapy International at the following link, cheers. - http://www.soundtherapy.com.au/brain-optimization-with-sound-therapy/

Relaxing Harp Music!.

Silence is Golden! Sometimes it's great for many reasons!, and sometimes it's great to set a pleasant audio atmosphere around the home. Here is some beautiful Harp Music which may also be helpful for Anxiety and Stress, and may also help with some Tinnitus? 2 good reasons to set up a pleasant audio environment when we can. You can source a variety of lengthy relaxation audio shared by the Producers from my Youtube channel here - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCGpmXmwXsti5QlUK6M4bKiA

Friends from private social groups never need to leave a comment of course :) Privacy first for your safety but of course it's your choice.

Thank you to the  Soothing Relaxation  YouTube channel! -

Cheers all, Greg

P.S. If you are suffering bad Tinnitus at the moment or just want to take a listen and relax, you could press play on each player! Just adjust the volume of each to suite after play :)

One way to use this this is, - if using while sitting at your computer, check your volume is minimal to start with!, hit play, and after about 20 seconds adjust the level so as you can just hear the audio. Then get on with working on your computer or just let it play while you relax. Work at it, be persistent and remember to always use a wired connection for earpieces, and keep your body at least 6 feet away from electronic gear and power points! This may work as a Tinnitus frequency distraction also? cheers :)
